While you using Essay Giant the client is required to load the necessary funds as per the order details and only issue the payment to the writer/admin once you receive some part of the product.
Note all the funds that are loaded to your Essay giant personal account or that have been reserved for the order is 100% refundable provided it has not been released.
Payment of the order will only take place once you click the release button. You can only claim for a refund for the money that has not been released.
The payment used for a certain order can also be refunded in case you cancel the order before releasing the money
In order to request for the refund of the money that has not been released you need to press request money button. You fund request is supposed to be processed in 3-5 business days. However, once the final payment is made to the writer/ admin there is no refund given.
